We assist clients who have a property they need to sell and prescreen potential buyers who we can make into successful homeowners. Our Credit Fix Program has created a pool of creditworthy buyers and we work closely with the homeowner and buyer to create an ideal sales agreement.

Option Two - Customized Program

Option Three - Back on Track Program

Is for clients who MUST sell due to financial problems.

We buy the property, work with you on improving your credit, lower your payments, and allow you the option to buy the property back. All while you still live in the home!

The Benefits of Back on Track Program

  1. Avoid the Foreclosure Process (For Canadian properties). The thing to realize in a Foreclosure or Power of Sale process is that the mortgagee (lender) will want you removed from the property, so they may sell it in order to get their borrowed funds back. You will be removed (sometimes forcefully) from the home, no matter how much equity you leave and you may still even owe money to the Lender after the sale. As a result of this process, we see you go from a homeowner to homeless. At Home Stay Home we will work with you to ensure this does not happen. Below are costs we can save you, by qualifying your property for The Home Stay Home Program. Costs you will incur, if your property is foreclosed on:

    • Lawyer and legal costs (yours and the lenders),

    • Down payment for a rental property,

    • Moving costs,

    • Utility hook ups,

    • Higher interest rates (you are now a high credit risk),

    • Credit counseling costs, and

    • Bankruptcy or Orderly payment of debt costs.

  2. Lower your monthly costs for the next three years.

    • No property taxes,

    • Lower insurance costs,

    • Lower maintenance costs, and

    • We will work to ensure your rent amount is reasonable.

  3. Receive a free credit fix consultation.

    • Your enrollment fee is covered by the program.
